Order cancellation and modification policy
As we process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by e-mail* at contact@pufisy.com or by telephone. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
*In order to speed up the processing of your request, please indicate "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your e-mail, as well as your full name and order number in the body of the e-mail.
Return and refund policy
If your order has been shipped, you may return it for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy is 60 days.
If 60 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, items must be unused and in their original packaging. The parcel's delivery label must also be present and intact.
Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital books
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be made directly to your original payment method, within 4 working days.
Refunds of delivery charges are only possible in the event of withdrawal before dispatch of the package.

- Processing time is generally between 4 and 10 working days (bank processing times, not ours).
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@pufisy.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If, after following all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the following address contact@pufisy.com.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to the following address contact@pufisy.com.
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@pufisy.com and we will inform you of the procedure and address of our warehouse to receive returned packages.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 30 euros, we advise you to use a delivery service that allows you to track the package or to take out delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
